Empowering Youth and Families Outreach Program Seattle

Welcome to EYFO

Empowering Youth and Families Outreach (EYFO) was founded in 2001 by John and Charlett Shoecraft. They have over 20 years of experience running community based programs for youth and their families. After seeing how many youth fall victim to the lure of the streets, we wanted to create a place for youth to come and recognize their potential, build confidence, and use their intellect to better the community.

EYFO was birthed as we recognized that today’s youth face tough challenges that can sometimes lead to making difficult choices. As a result, the consequences are often tragic and can have long lasting effects.
