College and Culture Tour
The EYFO College and Career Planning Program has offered exciting opportunities for students to go on College and Culture Tours across the USA since 2017.
These tours have taken over 89 students to visit colleges in various states, including Alabama, California, Georgia, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Virginia, and Washington DC, where they learn about the schools and campus life from schools’ students, staff, or EYFO Alum.
This program helps students identify the college they want to attend while enjoying cultural experiences, making the tours a fun and valuable experience.
By participating in these tours, students can better understand the colleges they are interested in and make informed decisions about their future.
By visiting the colleges, students can get a sense of the campus, academic buildings, dormitories, and beautiful grounds. They can also learn about the culture of the school and the surrounding area
College tours are important because they give students insights they cannot find in a brochure or on a website. By physically going to the colleges, they experience living, breathing advertisements for the schools, which can deeply shape whether a student decides to apply or attend.
